Signing into Apple TV Channel
Apple TV requires Apple ID. Use your Apple ID by doing these things. Sign up for a new Apple ID.
- Start up Apple TV.
- Choose the settings.
- Start up accounts.
- Go to Sign Up.
- There are two ways to sign in to Apple.com/Activate.
- Log in on Mobile Device lets you sign in with a smartphone. Or use a QR code reader. Sign in.
- Or, enter this TV. This lets you enter your Apple ID via Roku.
- You don’t have to make an Apple ID. Visit activate.apple.com or scan QR codes. Follow the steps on the screen to sign up. After that, your account will be made for you automatically.
How to Login?
- If you want to, you can sign in to the TV.
- This lets you enter your Apple ID via Roku control.
- Those who don’t have an Apple ID can make one.
- Visit activate.apple.com or scan QR codes. Follow the steps on the screen to sign up.
- After you’re done, the account is quickly set up.
Will My Roku Device Work?
Not all Roku streaming devices work with Apple TV. You will need to know the model of the device to find out if it works with Apple TV in your area. You may get to this information by going to the home screen of your Roku and selecting Setting >> More from the menu that appears.
How Can I Add the Channel?
Here’s how to connect a Roku TV to Apple TV. Roku remotes prompt you to press Home.
- Scroll down and then click on Streaming Channels. Use up or down to open Channel Store.
- Look for channels.
- Open Apple TV, and as you type, the search results will get smaller.
- With Roku’s directional pad, Apple TV may stand out.
- Press OK to see more.
- Then, Add a channel.

How Can I Stream to Apple.com/Activate?
- Choose a subject and then look into everything it has to offer.
- If you want to see content that you already own, choose the Library option.
- If you are looking for something specific, use the “Search” button.
- Look at all of the titles and choose the one that most interests you.
- You can choose whether to buy or rent.
- If asked, you’ll need to enter the password for your Apple ID to finish buying the item.
- To start watching the video, click the “Play” button.

- Turn on the subscription to Apple TV+:
- Start up your iPhone, Apple TV 4K/HD, iPad, Mac, or iPod touch.
- Enter the Apple ID.
- Start the apple TV app that can be used.
- Tap Enjoy 1 Year Free on Apple TV.
- Keep the box for free service.
- If you can, enter the Apple ID password.
- Check payment details. The free trial lasts for a year.
- Your device should be running the most recent version of iOS, iPad, tvOS, or macOS.
Apple.com/Activate on Roku TV
- Start Roku.
- “Home” button on the remote.
- Roku “Add the channel,” “Channel Store,” and “Apple TV app.”
- Start using Apple TV with Roku.
- Apple ID login (username and password).
- Remote control “Start viewing”
- The words “Apple TV app activation code” may show up on your TV.
- On your computer or phone, visit activate.apple.com.
- Type the “Activation code” for your TV.
- Keep going by clicking “Continue.”
- Finally, Apple.com/Activate is done.
